1. Place your Belt in the middle of your stomach. | 2. Wrap both end of the belt around yourself. | 3. Cross both ends and continue towards the front of your body |

4. Have two equal ends ready to make the knot. | 5. Cross the left end over the right. | 6. Continue the left end up under BOTH belts. |

7. Place the left end (the end coming out of the top) on the top of the other end. | 8. Continue bringing the top up through the hole that was formed. | 9. Tighten the knot by pulling sharply to the side. |
